Background
He is a former business journalist with about a decade in Indian newsrooms. He worked at Hindustan in Ghaziabad and Delhi and at Navbharat Times in Delhi. He was an assistant news editor at Business Standard Hindi, and later a special correspondent in Lucknow for Business Standard and for Lokmat.
He studied at Allahabad University and trained in journalism at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi.
